Returns and exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is any problem or you are not completely satisfied.

If you are not happy with the purchased, we are happy to making a new one or fixed the product for you, making you comfort with the product, but if you want refund, it will be 50% of the product price, because of the making cost id handmade, and we want everyone who buying feek enjoy and delightful with Creative and luxury flower custom. ^.^

Damaged in Shipping: 


If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receiving. I will work with you to replace the item. I do require pictures of the damaged packaging and contents. 

Lost package: 


All shipments have a tracking number so we can both track the item. At times the delivery can be delayed due to customs, national non-working holiday days or bad weather. If your package cannot be located after thorough investigation a full refund will be issued. I lost package is considered if it is not delivered in 30 working days.
